Parimatch Blocked My Account, Won't Let Me Withdraw My Balance

I have ₹500 in my Parimatch account, but it has been blocked for the past 9 months. My account was banned, and I’ve been unable to withdraw my money due to a verification issue. I really need this amount for some personal matters, and it’s frustrating not being able to access my own funds.
