I Can’t Withdraw My OXT Coins from Gate.io Even Though BNB Was Deducted

I’m experiencing a serious issue with Gate.io that needs urgent attention. I used my BNB balance to purchase OXT coins through the platform. The transaction appeared to go through successfully — my BNB was deducted from the account. However, when I woke up and tried to withdraw my OXT tokens, I kept receiving an error message and was unable to complete the withdrawal.
What’s even more concerning is that the amount of OXT I purchased is still showing in my account, yet I can’t move it or use it in any way. It feels like my funds are frozen. I have a significant amount of money tied up in this exchange, and this issue has completely shaken my trust in the platform.
Gate.io, I need you to take this seriously and resolve this problem immediately. I demand a proper explanation and a working solution so I can access my funds without further delay. If this continues, I will consider escalating the issue through legal channels and financial authorities. This is not acceptable from a platform handling users' assets.
