I want to get an official receipt or payment invoice from Paddle. How can I obtain it?

To obtain an official receipt or payment invoice, use Paddle’s available tool. After completing your purchase, Paddle will send you an email with your order confirmation.

In that message, you’ll find a “View your order” button that takes you to the order page. There, you can see all the details:

order number,

product or subscription name,

payment amount and date,

seller information.

On the same page, you can download the receipt or invoice in PDF format, suitable for reports or accounting.

If you no longer have the email, use the search form instead:

Go to the Paddle Support page.

Click “Find your purchase.”

Enter your email and the last four digits of your card.

Once you find the order, open it and download the document.

If you can’t locate the receipt, send a request to [email protected] asking them to resend the official invoice.
