Opel Corsa Elegance and Ultimate was Delivered Without Gift Box and Mats

We bought brand new Opel Corsa Elegance and Ultimate vehicles from the Opel Step Automotive Gaziantep dealership on May 20th. However, even though it is standard practice to receive an Opel gift box with every purchase, we did not receive ours. Furthermore, the mats for the Ultimate vehicle were also not present. We were told that the mats would be delivered directly from the factory. I am confused about why it has taken Opel Turkey so long to provide these products to the dealership. I would appreciate it if you could provide clarification and take prompt action to resolve this matter. We are excited to receive the missing items and ensure that the purchase experience meets our initial expectations. I would greatly appreciate your help in speeding up this process...we want to start enjoying our new vehicle.
