Omegle TV Removed Accept Reject Feature After I Paid to Unban My Account

I use the Omegle TV mobile app on my iPhone XR running iOS 18. On September 22, 2026, I paid 600 TL through the app to have a previous ban removed. After making the payment, my ban was removed, but the “Accept / Reject” feature that I used in chats completely disappeared.

Even though I paid an additional fee to have my ban removed, I can no longer use a feature that was previously available in the app. Since I was not provided with any username, reference number, or transaction ID after the payment, I also cannot track the transaction through the app or provide a specific record when submitting a support request.

I request that Omegle TV reactivate the “Accept / Reject” feature in my app and allow me to use all of the features promised in exchange for my $12 payment fully and without any issues.
