OmeTV Suspended My Account for Alleged Complaints I Cannot Verify

I use OmeTV on my Android phone, and on 29-05-2026, my account was suddenly blocked. On the screen, it said that there were “many complaints from other users,” even though I did not behave strangely or do anything that violates the rules while using the application. I feel this block is not fair because I always use OmeTV in a normal and polite way. I have also never made any purchases or payments in the application. Until now I have not contacted support from within the application or by email, because I hope this explanation can be enough for the relevant team to review my account. I kindly request that my OmeTV account be rechecked and that the block on my account be lifted, because I feel I have been blocked without a clear and justified reason.
