OmeTV Region Stuck on Turkey Despite Living in Germany for a Year
I have been using OmeTV on my iPhone with the account linked to the email address “abdulwahedh***[email protected]”. For about one year now, my region in the app has been stuck on Turkey, even though I live in Germany and use the app from Germany. In the profile edit screen my country is set to Germany, but inside OmeTV my region still appears as Turkey and does not change. I have tried changing the settings several times, yet the region always remains Turkey and does not update to Germany. I request that my OmeTV region be corrected from Turkey to Germany in line with my current location, and that you check my account so this issue is permanently resolved.
