Ome TV App Glitch: Location Wrong for a Year Despite Device Change
While using the Ome TV app, for about a year now my country information has been incorrectly shown as Saudi Arabia. This issue first appeared on my previous phone (iPhone 7 Plus), where my country was accidentally set to Saudi Arabia.
I am now using an iPhone 13, but despite trying everything — logging in with different accounts (both iCloud and Google), deleting and reinstalling the app, testing on other devices, and even using a VPN — the problem has never been fixed.
I also haven’t been able to reach the Ome TV support team for help.
Because of this issue, I cannot connect with users from my actual country (Turkey, Adana), and I’m unable to use the app effectively.
I request that the country information for my account be corrected and that necessary adjustments be made so I can communicate with users from Turkey again.
