OmeTV Locked My Account Due to Incorrect Birth Year

I am writing regarding an issue with my Ome TV account caused by entering the wrong year for my age. On June 12, 2010, while using Ome TV in the USA, I mistakenly entered an incorrect birth year, and as a result, I can no longer access the page linked to that account. Because I am locked out and cannot correct this information myself, I request that my old Ome TV account associated with the incorrect age be permanently deleted. I would like this account to be removed so that this wrong age information is no longer stored, and so I can use the service properly with correct details going forward. I have not previously contacted Ome TV support about this issue, and I am reaching out now in the hope that you will review my situation and proceed with deleting the old account created with the incorrect age.
