OmeTV Blocked My Registration After I Entered the Wrong Age
I am using the OmeTV app on the Google Play Store on my Samsung Galaxy A35 (Android), and my access was blocked during registration due to an age entry mistake. While creating my account, I accidentally entered the wrong age, and immediately after that the app displayed the message “OmeTV is for adults only” and locked me out. The problem started today, at the exact moment I tried to register. Since then, I have not been able to complete registration or access the app properly. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the application, but the same warning appears again and I am still unable to proceed. I kindly request that my age information be reset or my access be restored so that I can re-register correctly with my real age and use the app in line with your terms and conditions. I would appreciate it if you could review this situation and provide a clear solution so that I can continue using OmeTV without this error.
