Omega TV Permanently Banned Me After a Child Appeared on Screen for Seconds
About 15 minutes ago, I was permanently banned from the mini chat section on Omega TV. During the chat, my young niece briefly appeared on the screen, and immediately afterward the system displayed a warning saying I was banned due to age. Right after that, a permanent ban was applied to my account.
I do not believe this punishment is fair, because there was no bad intent, misuse, inappropriate behavior, or deliberate rule violation on my part. This happened suddenly and outside of my control, yet an extremely severe penalty was enforced. As a long-time user of the platform, I request that this incident be carefully reviewed, because I believe the ban was triggered by a misunderstanding.
If necessary, I want my account and the relevant session records to be reviewed again, the possibility of an error or incorrect evaluation to be taken into account, and my issue to be resolved by restoring access to my account.
