I Face Permanent OmeTV Ban on iPhone 14 Pro Max After Accidental Camera Touch

73

While using the OmeTV app on my iPhone 14 Pro Max in 2024, I accidentally touched the camera while wearing shorts, which caused the rear camera to turn on for a moment. This resulted in an immediate permanent ban on my account for “community violation.” I want to make it clear that this incident was purely accidental and not intentional in any way. Despite having committed no offense, my account was completely closed.

This happened about 6–7 months ago, and since that day my account has remained inaccessible. The only notification I received stated that it was closed due to a “community violation,” without any detailed explanation or evidence. I have never contacted customer support until now, and I decided to raise the issue here first. I have not experienced any financial loss from this incident, but the unjust ban has completely restricted my access.

I am requesting that OmeTV immediately review my case, lift the permanent ban, and restore my account. This was an unintended technical mishap, and I expect a fair resolution as soon as possible.
