I Face Missing Safe Mode Issue on OmeTV iOS App After Ban Removal
My account on the OmeTV iOS app had been previously banned. After the ban was lifted today, I noticed that the “Safe Mode” option I had been using before is now completely missing from the app. At the moment, Safe Mode is disabled across all sections of the app, which makes me very uncomfortable.

I paid ₺500 to have my ban removed and an additional ₺144 for a VIP membership. Despite these payments, the fact that Safe Mode still hasn’t been reactivated on my account has caused me serious inconvenience.
I request that Safe Mode be reactivated on my account and that I be informed about the resolution of this issue.
