Delays are often caused by compliance reviews, AML checks, or intermediary bank processing, so make sure all documents (KYC/ID) are fully submitted and correct.
Double-check the recipient details (IBAN/SWIFT, account name) because even minor errors can stall payments for days.
Contact OFX support with your transfer ID and ask specifically whether funds have reached their local bank account — sometimes the hold is at the receiving bank rather than OFX’s side.
Using the in-app tracking feature and initiating transfers earlier in the business day (not right before weekends/holidays) also helps reduce timing issues.
