Multiple Nokian Weatherproof Tires Develop Tread Bulges; Manufacturer Blames Repairs

One of the four Nokian 195/65 R15 Weatherproof tires I purchased from Adana Kartal Lastik developed a tread bulge after six months of use. The dealer sent it to the manufacturer, but they rejected the claim citing a "repair error." Three months later, a second tire bulged in the exact same manner; the dealer sent it back to Nokian, and they once again blamed a "repair error."

Today, a third tire bulged in the same way. I brought it to the dealer again, but this tire has never undergone any repair whatsoever, proving this is a clear production batch defect. I am waiting to see how they attempt to dismiss it this time.

This is not my first time buying Nokian; I specifically chose the brand for its quiet performance and quality, but this response is completely beneath Nokian's reputation. I demand that my grievance be resolved and these defective tires be replaced or compensated.
