OBRIO Nebula Subscription Charges $39 Every Month Without Consent

I am writing to formally complain about a recurring monthly charge of USD 39 that has been applied to my account by OBRIO for the Nebula service, despite the fact that I have never knowingly subscribed to this platform. According to my bank statements, these charges have been made every month since March, for a total of six months, reaching an amount of USD 234 in unauthorized debits. These transactions were made without my explicit consent and I consider them to be unjustified. I request the immediate cancellation of any current or future subscription associated with my data and the definitive suspension of these monthly charges. In addition, I request a full refund of the USD 234 already charged without my authorization. I kindly ask you to review this situation urgently and to confirm in writing both the cancellation of the charges and the procedure and timeframe for the reimbursement of the amounts unduly debited.
