Nebula Billing Complaint: Refund and Stop Future Payments

I recently discovered an unexpected charge of approximately $90 (91.28) on my Kiwibank Visa debit card for “V_NEBULA_PLAN BILL Nicosia CY,” dated 14 October 2026. I was not aware that I had an active Nebula subscription at this amount, and I cannot afford these monthly payments. I tried to find a way to cancel the subscription in my Nebula account but I could not locate any clear cancellation page or option. Because of this, I was charged without being able to cancel in time. I only noticed the charge today when checking my bank account activity. I live in New Zealand and the charge was made to my Kiwibank Visa debit card ending in 5355. Since I do not want this subscription, I kindly request that you immediately cancel any active Nebula plan linked to my card and refund this $90 (91.28) charge in full. I also request written confirmation that no further payments will be taken from my card in the future.
