I Keep Losing in MLBB Because Matchmaking Pairs Me with Clueless, Toxic Players

I’ve written about this issue multiple times and still haven’t been heard. I reached Mythic Glory in the previous season, which any experienced MLBB player knows isn’t easy. Despite my achievements, this season I’m stuck in Epic rank, and I keep getting matched with players who clearly have zero understanding of the game. Back in my day (just two years ago), it took real effort to climb to Legend or Mythic—now it seems anyone can get there by luck or matchmaking alone.
What’s even worse is the toxic environment. I hop on occasionally just to unwind, but instead I get bombarded with insults, people asking for my phone number, or making disgusting comments like “if you were here, I’d do this and that.” And the actual gameplay? It's a joke. I go MVP and still lose. I main a specific hero and enemies ban it just to troll me. Players deliberately throw matches. It’s frustrating beyond words.
It used to be exciting to play this game with friends for hours, but not anymore. Even when we play as a duo or four-stack, there's always that one Layla or Miya who shows up and either feeds or trolls the game entirely.
Until Mobile Legends seriously fixes its matchmaking system and cleans up the player base, I won’t be putting any more time into it. It’s sad, because I genuinely loved this game and tried to help newer players enjoy it too. But now, it’s the reason I want to quit. If this is what an award-winning game experience looks like, then it needs urgent reform. I doubt this will be taken seriously, but it’s the truth.
