I Keep Facing Cheaters on Miniclip 8 Ball Pool Mumbai & Miami Tables

Is there no authorized representative for Miniclip to address the mess happening in their game? I’ve been playing for a long time, but lately, the experience has become completely unbearable due to rampant cheating. Specifically, on the Mumbai table, I consistently encounter players using hacks or manipulations. Even worse, when I join the 10 million coin Miami table, I’m bizarrely matched with low-level players from 50k or 100k tables, which completely ruins the game’s balance and fairness.

This isn’t just frustrating—it feels like a complete lack of accountability from Miniclip. I’m seriously considering filing complaints with other consumer protection platforms because it seems like no one is taking responsibility.

I demand an immediate explanation and apology from Miniclip, and more importantly, I expect urgent action to fix this broken matchmaking system and eliminate the cheaters polluting the platform. If you’re going to run a game that takes people’s time and money, then act like a company that cares.
