I Keep Reporting 8 Ball Pool Hackers But Nothing Happens — Coins and Wins Are Stolen
Like many others, I’m extremely frustrated with 8 Ball Pool by Miniclip. The game is overrun with mod users, and the company does absolutely nothing to stop them. The report feature on player profiles is a joke — it’s clearly there just for show. Even after reporting obvious cheaters dozens of times, they continue playing for months without consequence.
In just 2–3 hours of gameplay, I can easily encounter 5–10 blatant cheaters, all using mod software without even trying to hide it. If there were real consequences or bans, they wouldn’t be this bold. But since Miniclip allows it, they cheat openly, even selling coins illegally — and I’ve attached screenshots of their pricing.
As a player who’s above average, I’ve lost millions of coins to these cheaters. Just think — the most basic in-game package sells 4 million coins for ₺2,839.99. The financial damage players suffer is massive, yet Miniclip does nothing to refund our coins or restore our stats.
Even worse, they’ve recently added a new chip deduction policy on wins. Why am I paying a fee even when I win a match? They marketed exclusive cues like “Legendary Cue” as giving partial refunds based on tier — yet they silently claw back chips from our winnings, like taking ₺1.8 million out of ₺15 million won, without proper explanation.
