My Minichat account with the ID 396562083 was banned today. In the ban notification, the reason is written as “lighting”. However, the situation that is being considered as a violation is only the lighting in the room, and there is nothing inappropriate or unfair in my broadcasts. I have been careful many times before to block and report injustice and unequal situations on the platform, and I have always tried to follow the rules. Despite this, my account was suddenly banned just because of the lighting, which causes my face not to appear clearly when I reduce the light. I could not make my payments and use my account properly because of this ban. I kindly request that my situation be reviewed, that it be understood that the issue is only about lighting, and that the ban on my account with ID 396562083 be completely removed.
