MiniChat TV Should Remove My Unjustified Ban and Review the Evidence

While using MiniChat TV during a video conversation, I was suddenly and unfairly banned for “rude behavior and offensive hand gestures” even though I did not insult anyone, behave disrespectfully, or make any inappropriate gestures. The only thing I did was extinguish my cigarette during the conversation. I suddenly saw the warning message while using the application and realized that my account had been banned, and I currently cannot access my account.

I have not yet contacted any support channel, but I believe this situation is completely the result of an incorrect evaluation. I request that the recordings and actions from the video conversation be reviewed carefully, that the ban decision be reconsidered, and that the ban record on my account be completely removed.

In addition, because this appears to be a misunderstanding, I would like to receive an explanation and apology regarding the situation. I also request that the moderation process be reviewed more carefully in order to prevent similar unfair bans from happening to other users in the future.
