MiniChat Needs to Restore My Suspended Account

I have been using my MiniChat account for about a year without intentionally violating any rules or policies. Approximately five months ago, my account was suspended for a total duration of one year, and I have been unable to access it since then. I believe this suspension was applied by mistake. I kindly request that the suspension on my account, which is linked to the email address t.t.509m***@gmail.com, be removed and that my account be restored as soon as possible so I can regain access.
