Minichat Account Review Request

I am writing regarding a ban that has been placed on my Minichat account for 8,639 hours, which is almost one year. I believe this ban was issued by mistake, because to the best of my knowledge I have not done anything that violates your rules or community guidelines. I respectfully request that you manually review my account and the reason for this long ban. If there is a specific message or action that led to this decision, I would appreciate learning what it was so I can understand the issue and avoid any similar situation in the future. If, after your review, you find that the ban was applied incorrectly or disproportionately, I kindly ask that you remove the ban and restore my access to my account. I would be very grateful for your help and for a clear explanation of the decision.
