MiniChat Permanently Banned My Adult Account for Being Underage
My name is Hasnain and I am writing about my MiniChat account which has been permanently banned for “underage” even though I am an adult. My MiniChat ID is 361792*** and I am currently using the app from Saudi Arabia. The ban happened while I was live on camera, sitting in a car. My little sister was next to me. A female user in the live said that my sister looked cute and asked me to show her. I briefly turned my phone to show my little sister, and right after that my account was permanently banned and now it only shows an “underage” ban message when I try to open the app. There is no option to appeal or contact support directly from that screen. I respect MiniChat’s safety and underage protection rules, and I did not intend to violate any policy. I was only showing my younger sister for a moment after another user requested it, and I believe the system or moderation team has misunderstood the situation and assumed that I am underage, even though I am not. I kindly request that you review my account and this incident, lift the permanent underage ban, and restore full access to my MiniChat account. If any verification or proof of age is needed, I am ready to provide it so that I can continue using MiniChat in line with your rules.
