I Need Access To My Minichat Account

I am writing regarding my MiniChat account, which was banned around four months ago. The account ID is 365616***. The ban appears to have been placed because the account was flagged as underage. The situation happened when my child was holding my phone and accidentally opened the MiniChat app and started using it without my knowledge. As a result, my account was banned. I fully understand and respect your safety and moderation policies, and I support the protection of underage users. However, in this case the situation was unintentional, and the device and account belong to me as an adult user. I kindly ask you to review my account and reconsider the ban decision in light of these circumstances. If possible, I would be very grateful if you could remove the ban and restore my account.
