MetaTrader 5 Won’t Let Me Confirm My New Password
When I try to change my password on the GKM MetaTrader 5 platform, the password confirmation field does not become active, and the “confirm” or “ok” buttons do not open. Even though I entered a password fully compliant with the required rules, I have encountered the same issue four times over the past week. I tried reaching customer service both in writing and by phone, but I have received no response whatsoever. I am only experiencing this problem on the MetaTrader 5 platform.
I request that this technical issue be fixed and that I be able to change my password without any problems.
