Litmatch Account Banned After Entering PR Room Without Clear Reason

I have been using my Litmatch account for about one month and it has now been banned. The ban happened right after I entered a PR room and started chatting there. Shortly after this, I received a “friendly reminder” screen stating that my account was banned until 16/08/2026 due to a community guidelines violation. I do not understand which rule I supposedly violated in that PR room and I believe this ban is a mistake. I am asking you to review my account and the related chat records in detail and to unban my account if there is no clear and justified violation.
