Likee Support Keeps Sending Automated Replies Instead of Real Help

On 04/30/2026, I realized that I could no longer access my old Likee account. Because the platform has apparently hidden accounts that have been inactive for more than three years, I lost access to an account containing videos and memories from my childhood. My old account was created through the application using a phone number, and its ID is @91052373 with the username “daha Skorednova.”

In order to recover my account, I first filled out an appeal form on Likee’s website requesting that the account not be deleted and that access be restored. However, shortly afterward, even though my request was clearly for account recovery, I received an email asking me to confirm deletion of the account instead. At the same time, the appeal request I submitted disappeared from my appeal history. In other words, the system processed my recovery request as if I had requested account deletion.

When I contacted in-app support, I only received automated template responses and was repeatedly redirected back to the same website. When I tried to submit another appeal through the website, this time the SMS verification code button would not work. Later, after trying to obtain and enter the code through different methods, I received an error message saying, “You are too active, please try again tomorrow,” and I became completely blocked from continuing the process.

When I explained these problems to the support team, I once again received only template replies, and they asked me for screenshots. However, because my previous appeal no longer appears in the system and the platform forces me to open a new request every time, the support side cannot see my earlier submissions and it has become impossible to maintain a proper support conversation. Even though I have been struggling with this issue for approximately one week, no concrete or clear solution has been provided.

I am fully prepared to provide any information and evidence necessary to prove that this account belongs to me. My only request is to regain access to the videos and memories connected to my childhood and personal history. I kindly ask Likee to provide a permanent and clear solution that restores access either to my account itself or at least to the videos and content stored within it.
