Likee Account Recovery Request Goes Unanswered for Months

Our Likee account was hacked in June 2025. After the incident, we emailed JOYY and Likee feedback and also contacted Likee Pakistan regional admins, but none of them were able to recover our Likee ID. We invested a significant amount of money into this account. Every month, we completed our agency tasks and also helped complete tasks for our friends.

Before the hack, a person from Bangladesh joined our broadcast and verbally abused us. We muted and removed him from the broadcast. Shortly after that, our account was hacked by this person without any phone number verification or OTP being sent. This incident made us realize that we do not feel secure on the Likee app, and no effective action has been taken so far.

I contacted all available admins regarding my account and sent emails to all official Likee-related email addresses, but I did not receive any response. I also messaged Claudia, but she did not reply. As a last resort, I found information about this platform and decided to submit my complaint here.

I am writing this complaint with great hope. I kindly request that my Likee account be recovered. I have attached images with this complaint that contain all the details related to my Likee ID. Thank you.
