Request To Review Wild Rift Account Suspension

I have been playing League of Legends: Wild Rift on my Android device (Samsung Galaxy A52s) for about 2–3 years, and on 23.05.2025 my account was suddenly banned. The reason stated was "use of third‑party software". I have never used any third‑party applications, scripts, tools, or similar programs with Wild Rift at any time, so I believe this ban is unjust and a mistake. After the ban, I contacted Wild Rift support multiple times. However, I always received almost the same standard response stating that the ban was issued correctly, without any concrete explanation, technical details, or evidence about what exactly was allegedly detected on my account or device. As a long‑time, regular player who respects the rules, it is extremely frustrating not to be given any clear information or proof regarding such a serious penalty. I kindly request a detailed and manual re‑examination of my account and logs, and I ask you to share with me clear explanations and specific evidence on what was detected as “third‑party software use”. If, as I am convinced, no such use is found, I expect my Wild Rift account to be unlocked and my access fully restored. I would like this issue to be resolved transparently and fairly so that I can continue playing the game I have invested my time and effort in for years.
