My League of Legends E-Pin Code Won't Verify

I can't seem to confirm the League of Legends e-pin code I purchased. In addition, I'm having trouble accessing the website and there doesn't seem to be any live chat or other support options. I'm frustrated because the bot keeps providing me with repetitive answers, and it's not helping me solve my problem at all. I've never had such a terrible experience with a website and its customer support before.
