Konami Game Stopped Opening After the Latest Update

I am experiencing a serious issue related to the game section within the Konami application. After the latest update released for the app, I have not been able to enter the game at all. Before the update, I was able to play without any problems, but once the update was installed, the game completely stopped opening.

I request that Konami urgently have its technical team investigate and fix this problem, and make the necessary adjustments so I can access and play the game normally again without any issues.
