Unable to Recover Locked Instagram Account Due to Inaccessible Email

While my Facebook login was active, my Instagram account unfortunately got locked. While looking for a way to fix the problem, I understood that I had to get into my email. Unfortunately, I am unable to access my previous email account. When attempting to update my previous email address on Facebook, I was sent a code due to Instagram being locked, but I couldn't access the final screen.
