Instagram Suspends Official Volleyball Club Account Without Prior Warning

My Instagram account @BARCELONA_VOLEY_CLUB, which belongs to a volleyball club, was suspended about four days ago even though I did not commit any illegal act or consciously violate the platform’s rules. I woke up, tried to log in from the mobile browser and directly received a message saying that my account was suspended for infringing the rules. I had not published anything for several days before the suspension. Afterwards, I submitted an appeal through the option provided by Instagram, but for the last two days I keep getting an error message saying that I have tried to send the file too many times and that I should try again later, so I cannot continue with the appeal process. This is the official account of a volleyball club and we need it to communicate with players and families and to share our activities. I kindly request that Instagram review this suspension, allow me to access the appeal process correctly and let me recover the @BARCELONA_VOLEY_CLUB account as soon as possible, or at least clearly explain what specific rule was allegedly violated.
