After receiving a verified blue tick on Instagram, the customer service team in Turkey reduced my follower count and banned my account, despite me never using any profanity. My follower count, likes, and views have significantly dropped. Hundreds of thousands of my followers have contacted me, asking why they can’t reach me or why I’m unable to post videos. I explained the situation to them, and they urged me to file a complaint, saying, “This is unacceptable!” Due to the actions of customer service, Instagram in Turkey has become overrun with accounts using profanity, and people are exploiting the platform to buy and sell followers. When I raised these concerns, customer service targeted me unfairly. I am deeply dissatisfied and demand resolution.
