Instagram Suspended My Account Without Reason and Took Away My Data
On August 30, my Instagram account (username: suedeturaan) was suspended and closed without any explanation. A general notice stated it was due to a violation of community guidelines, but no details were provided about which rule was broken. My account contained important photos and messages, all of which I lost access to. I tried to use Instagram’s support and appeal processes, but I was told my account would not be reopened and I had no right to appeal. I also had no way to contact Instagram customer service. My account had no payments or saved payment details, and this issue occurred in Turkey. I request a clear explanation of why my account was closed and for my access to be restored. At the very least, I ask for my personal data, including my photos and messages, to be returned to me.

My Instagram account was closed without any justification. On my account called "sudeturaan," which I have been actively using for about 4 years, I had both personal memories and connections with people I communicate with. I have always used my account in accordance with the community guidelines. However, the sudden closure of my account has caused me distress.
I was not given any clear information regarding why my account was closed. This situation has prevented me from accessing the content I have accumulated over the years and has cut off my communication. I request that my account be reviewed again and, if it was closed unfairly, that it be reactivated.
