Instagram Account Locked Saying I Used Banned Services To Gain Followers

My Instagram account has been temporarily blocked due to "Sharing your account with a service that helps you get more likes or followers is against our community guidelines."This is the warning I got, but I did not cheat in any way, lor did anything to get more likes or followers, if they look at my profile, they will see it. I want this block to be removed anyway. username If they are alleging something like this, they should also present the proves...Like this it's just empty accusations and false statements. They don't do that (because they can't) but just shut something that's mine down like that...Unacceptable in every way!!!
