Withdrawal Amount Not Credited

I am writing to report a serious problem I am experiencing with 4rabet regarding a withdrawal that has not been credited to my bank account. On 30 June at around 6:56 a.m., I requested a withdrawal of 35,119 INR via IMPS to my usual bank account. It has now been four days, but the money has still not reached my account. When I contacted 4rabet support, they only replied that the withdrawal was processed from their side and that it was sent to the bank for verification, asking me to wait until it is processed. This same bank account and IMPS method have been used successfully for withdrawals before, so there is no new or unusual situation on my side that would justify such a long delay. I request that my withdrawal of 35,119 INR be credited to my bank account immediately without any further delay and that a clear explanation be provided for why this transaction has taken so long compared with my previous withdrawals.
