My Huawei Nova 10 Removed WhatsApp After Update — I Can’t Reinstall or Verify Number
After a recent update on my Huawei Nova 10, WhatsApp was automatically removed from my device, and ever since, I’ve been unable to reinstall it. When I try to download it again, the system says, “You must have the official WhatsApp app to log in,” and redirects me to a page that doesn’t work or allow any downloads.
Worse still, even when I try to verify my phone number, the app fails to complete the verification process. This issue started around the holiday, and I haven’t been able to use WhatsApp at all for days. It’s affecting both my personal and professional communication.
Huawei, this happened after your system update, and it’s clearly a compatibility or app support issue. I urgently need a working fix or clear instructions to restore full WhatsApp access on my phone. Please treat this as a priority — we rely on WhatsApp every day.
