HotMiniDrama Won’t Let Me Cash Out My Earnings

When I try to withdraw the balance I earned by watching videos on the Hot Mini Drama app to my bank account, the system keeps giving me an error. My account currently shows a balance of $271, but I cannot complete the transaction on the withdrawal screen, and the app says I need to earn another $9 before I can withdraw.

I have tried repeatedly for about two days, but I have not been able to receive any payment at all. I want to withdraw the money to my bank account, but I get the same error when I select my ING Bank account, and the transaction never goes through. I have never successfully withdrawn any money from this app.

I request that the full amount I earned by watching the videos be deposited into my ING Bank account and that the withdrawal problem be permanently resolved.
