I am writing regarding the payments related to Hotminidrama in the name of Ouakibi Z***, which have been blocked in “verification” status for three days. Through the withdrawals section of my account, I can see at least two transactions, for amounts of approximately 233.40 EUR and 728.99 EUR, which have remained in “Verification in progress” status for three days and have not been credited to me. I have not received clear explanations or a resolution on this situation, although the verification time indicated has clearly been exceeded. I request that the verification of my pending payments be completed as soon as possible and that the related amounts be paid without further delay, or that I receive a precise and documented explanation for this prolonged blocking.
