Hotbit Won’t Let Me Withdraw My Crypto Without a €500 Deposit

I have a serious problem with my Hotbit account and my crypto withdrawal. Today I requested a withdrawal of approximately 4,700 euros from my Hotbit account. However, my account is shown as inactive, and the platform is asking me to make an additional deposit of 500 euros to reactivate it and allow the withdrawal. On the payment screen, any amount below 500 (in dollars) is refused with an error message, which means I am forced to pay at least this amount in order to proceed, even though I only want to access my own funds. I do not have this amount of 500 euros available and I find it unacceptable that I am being asked to pay extra money just to access my own funds. As a result, my 4,700 euros remain blocked on the platform, and I cannot use or withdraw them in any way. I have just contacted Hotbit support by email, but I have not yet received any response. I am very worried about the situation and about the safety of my money. I expect Hotbit to immediately remove this 500 euro deposit condition, reactivate my account without any extra payment and allow me to withdraw the full amount of my funds as soon as possible. If this is not possible, I expect a clear explanation and a fast solution so that I do not lose my money.
