Realme C55 Shows ‘Device Suspended’ Error and Blocks Hornet Access

While using my Realme C55 device, I received a message stating, “Device suspended,” and this issue has been ongoing for approximately 24 hours. My mobile carrier is Turkcell. After receiving this warning, I have been unable to connect to the Hornet app, and I believe the issue is related to my device being suspended.

I contacted Turkcell customer service, but they informed me that there were no visible issues and no system-related problems on their end. Despite this, the suspension message on my device and my inability to access Hornet continue.

I request that my device be removed from suspension, that any restrictions related to my line or device be lifted, and that I be provided with a clear explanation regarding the cause of this issue. I ask that my problem be reviewed and resolved as soon as possible.
