Hay Day Shop Items Look Sold After the Latest Update

I have been playing Hay Day for many years and absolutely loved the game, but the problems I have experienced since the latest update have pushed me to the point of wanting to quit. I play the game on both Android and iOS devices and I am currently around Level 90. I have invested years of my time and effort into this game, but the recent changes have completely taken the fun out of it.

Since the update, products in the roadside shop often appear as if they have already been sold, making it difficult to tell whether an item is actually available or gone. This has made the game frustrating instead of enjoyable. There has also been a significant reduction in help with boat orders and truck orders. It feels as though everything has been made intentionally more difficult, as if the goal is to prevent players from progressing and enjoying the game. Because of these changes, I have lost nearly all of the enjoyment I used to get from Hay Day.

I want Hay Day to once again be a fun and fair game that supports players who put time and effort into progressing. I request that the imbalances and unnecessarily difficult settings introduced in the latest update be reconsidered and that the in-game balance and availability of help be brought closer to how they were before the update.
