Policy Retrieval Issue Since 1991, Groupama Insurance Fails to Inform

I can't get information about my policy from Groupama company. In 1991, my father made me a policy. It was cumulative life insurance. I was able to check online transactions. I haven't checked for a long time. When I did, I saw the message that I do not have an active policy. I am calling 0850 number. They say write to [email protected] I write there and they say call the number 850. People are wondering. I call the general directorate Izmir regional numbers, they say send an e-mail. So I can't find a contact person by phone or I want to come to the address.
