Make sure you check your email to see if Rockstar has sent you any messages about changes to your account.
If you got an email about changing your email address, look for a link to undo it. Change your password right away if you can still get in.
Go to Rockstar Support and look for the part that says "Can't Login - Compromised Account" if you become locked out.
Send in a ticket with information about your case and proof that you own the item, such as a receipt or your original email. Rockstar can check your name faster if you give them more information.
To make your account even safer, turn on two-factor authentication (2FA) after you get it back. Change your password often and keep an eye on your account for any strange behavior.
