Google My Business Denied My Ownership Claim and Blocked Profile Updates

I have faced challenges with Google My Business in managing my law firm’s online profile. Even though I am the rightful owner, Google does not acknowledge my ownership and mistakenly asserts that a third party manages the business. I can't update important information such as the address and profile picture, which are currently wrong. I've reached out several times in the last few months, seeking a resolution, but there has been no progress. This issue has led to considerable frustration, as prospective clients are being misled by incorrect information. I anticipated a more seamless experience from such a well-known platform and trust that Google will swiftly address this persistent problem. Getting an accurate representation of a business shouldn't be such a challenge.
