Ongoing Verification Issues with Google My Business

I'm having some trouble with verifying my Google My Business account. Even after making the necessary edits and entering the verification code, the issue persisted and the desired outcome was not achieved. I've gone as far as uploading a video to verify my business, but it still hasn't been approved. Unfortunately, I haven't received any support or response regarding this issue. Can someone please verify my business as soon as possible? I really need it done urgently. It's really annoying how Google continues to display listings for businesses that have closed down, yet completely ignores the existence of my active business.
