Lower the "Send and Receive Resolution" to 360p or standard definition, which reduces bandwidth usage and helps prevent lag.

Close unnecessary browser tabs and apps running in the background, as they can drain system resources. Switching to the "Chrome browser" and ensuring it’s updated can also enhance compatibility with Google Meet.

If issues persist, disabling video entirely and using audio-only mode may help stabilize your connection.
